Team

          Another important factor is to build up project/business team. The key management teams are the funders and technical lead. We have to align all the departments to our strategic business goal and therefore the funders need to work in different divisions to share the value to the employees. We want to build up a supportive working environment where everyone wants to make their team the best in the company and everyone want to make their company the best in the industry. We need to share our visions and knowledge with our employees and therefore they can be positively engaged in their positions.

            The board member needs to be diverse. We believe that recruiting researchers in IT, human resource, legal and restaurant industries are necessary. They can provide professional opinion as well as reputation that they have in their specific industries.

            The management team will be awarded with common stock at the entry level of the company and the bonus will be given based on performance and leadership. We want to encourage employees by giving them ownership of the company. The venture capital companies will be given preferred stock instead of the common stock to prevent them gaining too much power to control the company.

            The employees will be required to sign employment contract and non-disclosure agreement before they get employed. And they will be provided with standard benefit as full time employee such as insurance and stocks. We plan to get on public stock market within five years and then acquire investment from common stock holders.

            The business team will main include the technical people such as programmers, system analysts, graphic design and project managers. Operational staff will include accountant, HR, Finance officer, marketing and logistic. The majority of the team member will be the funders themselves. We will hire a legal consultant for any issues and lawsuit, professional advisor from colleges or research institutions. And the most important component is the developing team. Without a good design and programming of the system, our business goal will never be reached. Therefore we have to put really hard investment on the development phases and whether the development process can be successful can directly determine the outcome of the business.
